1. Shipping details
We are currently shipping within India only.
2. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped, however may or may not be delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Uns is not responsible for damage or misplacement after delivery.If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.
3. Shipping charges
We ship products throughout India, however, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100 for each order.
4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns + Refund

Your trust is important to us. We try our best to get your order right the first time.
However, all our products are personal care products and so for safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. Even in a sealed condition, the products will have been out of our supervision once sent out and so in this case too, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you are allergic to certain natural ingredients, or even if you are unaware of any allergies, you are strongly advised to conduct a patch test before full-fledged use. In case of irritation please discontinue use immediately and see a physician.

1. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order after making a payment, and before shipment, you can do so. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Once we initiate your refund, it will usually take up to 7 working days for your Bank to credit the funds back to your account. You will not be charged any fee for the cancellation.
To cancel your order, please send us an email before 2 pm on the next day after your purchase at contact@storeuns.com. In the Subject write “Cancel Order” and mention your Order Number in your message. We will process your cancellation as soon as we can.

2. Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

3. Damaged products
In the unlikely case that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via contact@storeuns.com with a picture of the item and your order details to be taken and sent to the email within 6 -12 hours of receiving the damaged product. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and may ask you to return the item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
